Warranty Information

ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. warrants its manufacture to be free of defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions with competent knowledge and/or supervision. ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. agrees to repair or replace FOB FACTORY any part or parts of its manufacture which, within One (1) year of installation, shall be proven TO THE SATISFACTION OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. TO HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE WHEN INSTALLED AND/OR SHIPPED AND FURTHER PROVIDED THE PURCHASER PROMPTLY NOTIFIES THE SELLER, IN WRITING OF SUCH DEFECTS AND PROMPTLY DELIVERS THE DEFECTIVE PART IN ACCORDANCE WITH SELLER’S SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS DELIVERY PREPAID. All parts being returned must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization Number, Name of Dealer (If Applicable) Date of Purchase, Copy of Invoice and Serial Number of Machine. Transportation and related services, labor and diagnostic charges ARE NOT INCLUDED in this Warranty. The liability of ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. for damages caused by such defective part or parts shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective part or parts aforesaid.

ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. shall not be liable for loss, damage or expenses directly or indirectly arising from any other cause. It is expressly understood that ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. is not responsible for damage and/or injury caused to building, contents, products, or persons by reason of installation or use of any of ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. products. Equipment and Accessories furnished by Organic Compounds, Inc. , but manufactured by others, are guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s guarantee to Organic Compounds, Inc. No allowance will be granted for any repairs or alternations made by the purchaser without the seller’s written consent. No liability whatsoever shall attach to the seller until said products have been paid in full.

Except as the foregoing warranty of defective material and workmanship, there are no guarantees or warranties of merchantability, fitness, performance or otherwise, expressed, implied or statutory, and ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. shall have no liability for consequential, incidental or other damages, however caused.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any products or parts, damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, normal expected wear, improper installation or operation contrary to factory recommendations, or unapproved, unauthorized repairs or alterations.

The above Warranty supersedes, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and, no person, agent, representative or dealer is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC., nor to assume for ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. any other liability in connection with any ORGANIC COMPOUNDS, INC. product.
